This intricate system controls major bodily functions, from digestion to cardiovascular activity. When stress overwhelms us, it disrupts these operations, leaving us feeling drained and depleted. It’s essential to manage stress in a helpful way and prioritize ongoing care for our nervous system. Practical Tips for Calming Your Nervous System

  1. Sound Bath/Sound Bowl Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath or sound bowl healing session. Allow the gentle sounds to wash over you, providing space and silence for your nervous system to unwind.
  2. Breathing Techniques: Explore deep breathing exercises to activate your body’s relaxation response. Check out tutorials on my YouTube channel for step-by-step guidance.
  3. Movement for the Body: Engage in regular physical activity, whether it’s a workout at the gym or a peaceful walk in nature. Movement helps release tension and promotes a sense of well-being.
