Your Coach and Mentor

I know what it’s like to want more for your life—and to have to figure out how to create it.

My story started as a single mom juggling three part-time jobs and relying on government assistance while trying to build a better future for myself and my son.

There was no perfectly mapped-out plan.

I started in the multifamily housing industry as a leasing consultant and worked my way into leadership before becoming an entrepreneur and business owner.

Over the years, I’ve built and led successful multimillion-dollar businesses, overseen real estate portfolios exceeding $500 million, and led high-performing teams across multiple markets.

I’ve had incredible successes. But I’ve also taken risks before I felt ready, made decisions other people didn’t understand, navigated setbacks, reinvented myself more than once, and lived through plenty of seasons where I found myself asking:

Okay…what’s next for me? What is possible here?

That combination of leadership, business, coaching, and real life shapes the way I work with people today. Because here’s what I know about high achievers:

We usually don’t need someone to tell us what to do.

We need someone who will ask the question we haven’t asked ourselves.
