Hey there, I’m Kristi
Your Coach and Mentor
I’ve spent nearly three decades building businesses, leading teams, coaching high achievers and creating a life I once couldn’t have imagined for myself.
But I certainly didn’t start there.
I was a single mom juggling three part-time jobs and relying on government assistance while trying to create a better future for myself and my son. I eventually found my way into the multifamily housing industry as a leasing consultant and worked my way into leadership, entrepreneurship, and business ownership.
Over the last 28 years, I’ve built and led multimillion-dollar businesses, overseen real estate portfolios exceeding $500 million, led high-performing teams across multiple markets, and sat at plenty of tables where big decisions had to be made.
I know what it takes to create success.
I also know what it’s like to reach a level you once worked incredibly hard for…and find yourself wondering: Okay…what’s next? What else is possible for me?
I’ve taken risks before I felt ready. Made decisions other people didn’t understand. I have navigated setbacks, changed direction, reinvented myself more than once. And learned that creating your next level requires more than ambition.
It requires being willing to think differently, trust yourself, make decisions, take bold action…and keep growing into the person capable of creating what you want next.
That’s the experience I bring to my coaching.
I’m not going to hand you a generic blueprint or tell you how to live your life.
I’ll ask you better questions. I’ll share what I’ve learned. I’ll help you see possibilities you may not be seeing. I’ll challenge you when you’re playing small or overcomplicating something. I’ll encourage you when you’re stretching into something new.
And every once in a while, I may simply tell you:
